For sun self tan to be effective, one has to be in the sun for a period of ten minutes each day without sunscreen. This can be quite dangerous since one can be exposed to the ultra violet rays which can lead to one having their skin seriously damaged.

Most people generally want to look good and young. This is however not possible since one has to grow old at one point in time. Even if one is expected to have wrinkles at a certain age, too much exposure to the ultra violet rays during sun self tan can lead to one developing wrinkles must faster than they should have.
